It is mandatory for the students to register themselves with The Placement Cell to be eligible for placement/internship opportunities. Students can register on the website using their institutional mail id.
Eligibility: It is the responsibility of the students to check if they meet the necessary eligibility criteria required by the company.
Communication: Students must regularly check their institutional mail IDs and official WhatsApp groups for updates regarding placement drives.
Verification: Resumes and academic documents will be verified by The Placement Cell. Only authentic and accurate profiles will be considered.
Commitment: Shortlisted students must attend all rounds of the selection process and may not withdraw after confirming participation. Backing out may lead to being blacklisted from future drives.
Orientation: All shortlisted students must attend a mandatory orientation session on professional behavior, punctuality, and interview etiquette.
Direct Contact: Students shall not contact company officials directly unless permitted by the Cell.
Dress Code: All participating students must appear in formal attire (Western or Indian) throughout the process.
Punctuality: Students must report to the interview venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled slot. Latecomers will not be allowed to participate without prior approval.
Conduct: Interview areas are silent zones. Students must cooperate respectfully with coordinators and maintain professional conduct. Non-compliance may attract disciplinary action.
Offer Letters: Upon selection, students must email their offer letters to The Placement Cell (placements@pgdav.du.ac.in) within 3 days of receipt.
Record Keeping: Selected students must fill an official form circulated by the cell to maintain a record of all successful placements.
One Offer Policy: A candidate can accept only one job offer letter through campus placements.
Grievances: Any grievances or doubts during the recruitment process will be addressed by The Placement Cell.
Role of the Cell: The Placement Cell acts as a neutral facilitator. Its obligations cease once an offer letter is issued and accepted. Any subsequent disputes shall be resolved between the student and the company directly.
