Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Finance&Accounts
• Assist in posting and processing journal entries.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices under supervision.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations under supervision.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases.
2. Social Media Marketing
• Develop engaging online content including click bait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs.
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
• Contact, interview and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and
videographers to create unique and engaging content.
3. Administration
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance tocompany policies.
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

The project will be administered through live webinars in which their research team will interact with the student researchers and provide them the requisite guidance and know-how to carry out the project.
