• Title Review Specialist: CTC INR Upto 6 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Process Associate:

• Assist with various US mortgage loan funding, pre-funding, and closing processes.
• Review title opinions and assist in title-related tasks.
• Support transaction-level processing, quality controls, and document reviews.

Title Review Specialist:

• Review title commitments, preliminary title reports, and proformas.
• Analyze judgments, liens, open mortgages, and payoffs.
• Conduct public records review including deeds, chain of title, and property tax review.

Job Type: Work from Office

Location: Gurugram / Pune

Eligibility: Final Year Students (Batch of 2026) from all courses can apply.

Skills Required:

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
