Eligibility for participating in a placement or internship drive is determined by the specific requirements of each company. 6. What happens if I decline or withdraw from an offer after selection?

Students are permitted to apply to multiple opportunities simultaneously. However, in adherence to professional and ethical standards, once a student has formally accepted an offer, they are required to withdraw from all other ongoing or upcoming recruitment processes. Additionally, any withdrawal after formally accepting an offer is strongly discouraged. Instances of student back-outs after acceptance are reviewed by the Placement Committee and may result in disqualification from future placement opportunities.

At every step of your academic-to-career journey, the Placement Cell is committed to providing continuous support and guidance. To ensure students are well-prepared for professional opportunities, the Cell regularly organizes training sessions, resume-building workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and more. Active participation in these initiatives is strongly encouraged to derive maximum benefit.

8. Will the Placement Cell help me build or review my resume?

Yes. The Cell provides one-on-one reviews, resume-building sessions, and shares templates and reference materials to support resume preparation.

9. What kind of companies usually hire from PGDAV College?

10. Is the recruitment process conducted online or offline?
