What We Do

1. Internship Drives

The Placement Cell regularly organises internship drives in collaboration with established companies, start-ups, and non-governmental organizations. These internships offer diverse profiles such as marketing, business development, finance, research, human resources, technical roles, and content writing.

2. Placement Drives

The Cell facilitates campus recruitment for full-time roles by coordinating with multinational corporations, start-ups, and national firms. Companies that have recruited through the Placement Cell include Ernst & Young, Accenture, BT Group, HCLTech, Decathlon, BDO Rise, Scaler, among others.

3. Annual Internship Fair – Converge

Converge is the flagship internship fair hosted annually by the Placement Cell. It is a mega event that provides students with a unique opportunity to interact with, engage, and be evaluated by top professionals from diverse, industry-leading companies.

4. Career Readiness Boot Camp (CRBC)

The CRBC is an annual, structured event where industry experts, corporate leaders, and experienced professionals are invited to conduct detailed sessions focused on specific industry profiles, hiring expectations, and emerging market trends, contributing significantly to the holistic preparation of students.

5. Professional Development Webinars and Seminars

The Placement Cell organises seminars and webinars led by industry experts and alumni. These sessions cover topics such as career guidance, resume building, interview preparation, industry trends, workplace skills, and emerging career opportunities.

6. Corporate Catena

Corporate Catena is the official monthly blog of the Placement Cell, published on the 15th of every month. It is a content-driven platform featuring thoughtful, student-curated articles related to career insights, corporate culture, industry updates, and professional development.

7. Newsletter

The Placement Cell publishes a monthly newsletter on the 1st of every month that provides a comprehensive overview of all activities and developments within the Cell, including drives, webinars, and all other engagements hosted by the Cell.

8. Career Counselling and Student Support

The Placement Cell provides personalised support through career counselling sessions, resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, and aptitude test training. These initiatives are designed to prepare students comprehensively for professional recruitment processes.
