• Ensuring all other operation are running on time
• Ensuring delivery of products
• Keeping track of leads & orders
• Have to coordinate with vendors/printers/delivery team
• Ensuring customer receives its order on time.
6) HR Operations:
• Scheduling interviews for the Interns.
• Contacting placement cells, posting on portals & ensuring smooth hiring process
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of interns.
• Mailing offer letters, Certificates on time.
7) Graphic Designer:
• Designing Product Mockups.
• Social media engaging posts
• Have to work with the branding team
• Have to assist other teams for designing mail template & Other collateral.

• Conducting research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences
• Creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness
• Ensuring brand presence in online and offline channels
• Planning outreach activities & expanding brand reach
• Channelizing the Sales funnel in order to bring leads
2) PR & Communications:
• Approaching Creators (Artists, photographers & Content writers) & onboard them.
• Approaching Influencers & .convincing them to promote our brand products on affiliate
deal.
• Collaborate with cross-selling brands ( whose target audience is the same but the product is
different)
3) Video Editor:
• Planning demo product videos
• Social media engaging videos.
• Assisting Marketing team with content
