Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Manager:
• Client relation and retention, Project acquisition.
• Managing complete sales handling till confirmation of the shipment along with remittances and collection of the payments.
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals on monthly basis.
• New business revenue sources (client on-boarding), client relation buildup for lasting business.
• Handling escalations of Clients, timely response to every query.

2. Operations:
• As an Exhibition Coordinator, candidate would be required to engage and manage
clients.
• Client coordination post finalization.
• Coordination with the design and marketing team to get the updates of the projects.
•Managing the ordering services with the exhibition organizer like electricity booking, Rigging point order, and other required orders with the organizer.
• Managing the operational work with the clients. Taking artwork, color code, and logo files and sharing the final version with the operations team.
• Creating the checklist and maintaining the contract records.
3. Business Development Head:
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
• Liaise with the finance team and logistics departments as appropriate.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
4. Marketing:
• Bring briefs through callings, generate leads and turn up the leads into project finalization, meeting and justifying targets.
