Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Finance:

i) Finance - Accounts Payable
• Process various types of accounts payable transactions including data entry of vendor invoices, expense reports, manual and emergency check requests
• Answer property inquiries via phone and email
• Process weekly A/P for multiple properties ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Communication with internal and external customers and vendors as needed

ii) Finance – Accounts Receivable
• Analysing cash/amount received in the bank deposits and made the application against the tenant accounts
• Analyse and Research the history of tenant ledgers against the over/short payments.
• Performing quality check to ensure all the deposits are correctly applied against each tenant accounts

iii) Finance – General Ledger
• Preparing and posting month end close journal entries 
• Ensuring accurate accounting records against the income and expenses accounts
• Preparing monthly bank and mortgage reconciliation 
• Conducting monthly variance analysis for balance sheet

iv) Finance – General Ledger [Service Charge]
• Produce an expenditure schedule which is fully reconciled and include back up for all accruals, prepayments, and transfers.
• Responsible for posting accounting corrections/reclassifications entries to ensure accurate accounting records against the income and expenses accounts
• Raise balancing charges.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and Compliance procedures

v) Finance – Static Data Management
• Abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation
• Verifying and cross-checking abstracts, system content, and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Assist in the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of funds/properties into/from JLL

2. Marketing

i) Marketing – Design [Graphic Design]
• Design and develop materials to support business development
• Design customised PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties.
• Provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with various levels of management. 
• Translate requirements into design to inspire and attract the target audience.

ii) Marketing – Design [Presentation Specialist]
• Design and develop materials to support business development
• Design customised PowerPoint presentations, template creation and other marketing
materials for multi-million dollar properties.
• Provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with various levels of management. 
• Translate requirements into design to inspire and attract the target audience.
