Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business
entrepreneurs/ agents.
2. Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts.
3. Working in close interface with the finance, product and marketing team to build better
processes, products and reach, respectively.
4. Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent's business through
TravClan.
5. Ensuring customer delight while managing Agent's grievances related to payments,
services, products etc.
6. Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
7.Hosting country wide offline and online events & meet ups of members from time to
time.


Eligibility: Final year students (Batch of 2022) from all the courses 


Joining: Post Course Completion 


Location: Connaught Place, Delhi 


Skills Required:
1. Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
2. Strong Negotiation skills.
3. Prior Sales / Account Management Experience
