Profile Offered: Business Development Trainee

Package: INR 9 LPA (6 LPA fixed + 3 LPA variable- Based upon performance during Probation Period)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads. 
• Pitching and promoting SKOLAR's services to prospective clients 
• Career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them
• Building sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue-oriented)
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives   
• Setting up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients  

Eligibility: Final year students (Batch of 2022) from all the courses with a minimum 50% aggregate.

Working days: 6 days work/week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)

Note: There will be a Probation Period the details of which are as follows:
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 15,000 + up to INR 12,000 (Incentives) (Unpaid for first 10 days training period)

1. Financial Research Associate 
• Responsible for supporting the firm’s traders/analysts on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature.
• Build and manage large financial data sets; perform exceptional analysis
• Support fundamental research teams by conducting data and information research, summarize company/industry conference calls, and prepare quarterly earnings report

• Responsible for creating/modifying user accounts and privileges as well as managing software deployments while monitoring and fixing issues with the integrity and availability of system resources.
