Profile Offered: Human Resource Generalist

Package: INR 10 LPA (INR 6 LPA Fixed + INR 4 LPA Variable)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
• Own the new hire implementation and employee reward & recognition programs.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and Managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Eligibility: Final Year Students from all courses.
