Job Description: Work Integrared Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M. Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Stipend:
1st Year: INR 15,488 per month
2nd Year: INR 17,553 per month
3rd Year: INR 19,618 per month
4th Year: INR 23,000 per month

Eligibility: Final Year Students from the following courses-
 • B. Sc. (H) Statistics
 • B. Sc. (H) Computer Science
 • B. Sc. (H) Mathematics
 • B. Sc. Mathematical Science

Students should also meet the following criteria: 
 • No active backlogs
 • Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA during Graduation.

Bond Agreement: 60 months.

Selection Procedure:
 • Online Assessment (Aptitude Test contains Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative & Written Communication Test)
 • Technical Interview
 • HR Interview

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Process data (Financial/ESG qualitative and quantitative data) and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using CSA guidance.
• Collection, Standardization and validation of data from various documents.
• Deliver on pre-defined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and efficiency.
• Engage with ESG analysts to understand the challenges and suggest solutions.

Other Requirements:
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts. 
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

 • Utilize internal & external public research sources to create and maintain value added content.
 • Using research tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant financial, industry-specific market to create content pertaining to financial news, critical busienss information, transactions such as Mergers & Acquisition, Public Offering Transactions.
 • Participate in time sensitive projecs and take collaborative initiatives with colleagues based in Gurgaon and Globally.
