About the Company: Teach For India (TFI) is a non-profit organisation that is a part of the Teach For All network. The fellowship recruits college graduates and working professionals to serve as full-time teachers in low-income schools for two years. Each year around 500 of India's brightest students and professionals are recruited to become Teach for India fellows.

About the Pre-Placement Talk: The session will elaborate on the leadership journey in the social sector through the lens of educational inequality. The session will also explore what impact the fellows continue to create, after the Fellowship, in the Alumni Movement.
Stipend: INR 20,412 + Reimbursement + City Cost Allowance
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Transforming the life paths of children in their classroom, and in turn, transform themselves towards leadership in educational equity.
• Gaining exposure to the grassroots realities of India’s education system and begin to cultivate the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to attain positions of leadership in education.
Eligibility: Third Year (Batch of 2022) students from all the courses.

3. Take counselling sessions and convert them
• Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes
• Close the sale through smart and strategic approach
