Profile Offered: Contractor (Finance Customer Support)


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide solutions to any queries/concerns received from the customer/stakeholders.
2. Generation/Sending timely invoices to the clients as per the requirements.
3. Take ownership of work and ensure completion as per agreed SLAs and time frames.
4. Review Client contracts and highlight anomalies.
5. Partner with cross functional teams to share best practices and improve communication and procedures.
6. Process automated and manual invoices using Oracle Financials.
7. Respond to sales queries related to invoicing issues.
8. Understands Contracts/ Customers.
9. Perform Various Reconciliations like Billed V/s Billable.
10. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.


Compensation: INR 18,000 per month


Job Type: Work from Home


Duration: 3 Months (Can be extended on performance basis)


Joining: Immediate


Eligibility: Final year students from the following courses:
1. B.Com (P)
2. B.Com (H)


Skills Required:
1. Experience in operations and or analytics is desired.
2. Prior experience in working on EBS (Oracle) and Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred.
3. Worked for a U.S. based entity (i.e., a company like Cvent).
4. Should have an eye for detail and ability to resolve complex situations by leveraging technology and data available.
5. Preferably should have good understanding of Accounts Receivables.
6. Excellent analytical and logical ability

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance.
• Offer best practice tips to clients in an effort to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent’s marketing engine. 
• Gather client requirements for future releases of the product.
• Create and maintain all product documentation.
• Implement and manage the online portion of client events as and when needed.


Eligibility: Final year students from all courses


Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from home till August'21)


Joining: July - August'21 


Training & Service agreement: 30 months (with a payback clause of 2.80 Lacs incase of breach of agreement)


Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity 
• High comfort level in using online software products

• Generating revenue by qualifying and closing leads
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Identifying new prospects and revenue opportunities
• Pitching products & services to potential customers
• Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers
• Providing management and product teams with feedback from potential customers
