Profile Offered: Catalogue Specialist.

Package: INR 3 LPA (CTC) 

Eligibility: Final Year students from all courses. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless food ordering experience to customers while enabling them to pick dishes from a brilliantly designed and curated menu. 
• Create menus in MS Excel as per specified template and ensure that overall catalogue is complete before ingesting the data to systems. 
• Follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform audit tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity. 
• Manage the catalogue escalations and work with teams to address/resolve the issues with a detailed record/track of them. 
• Handle day-to-day cataloguing tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards. 
• Maintain records of day - to - day work by updating trackers to reflect work done. 

Skills Required: 

• Decent communication skills and pleasing personality.
• Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality. 
• Intelligent and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets. 
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Filters, Pivot, Conditional formatting, len, left, right, concatenate, sumif, countif, etc., is a must. 
• Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours. 

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon (Should be willing to relocate)
