Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the accurate processing and completion of medical claims. 
• Process claims that route out of automatic adjudication, within current turnaround standards. 
• Proficiency in product lines applicable to processing unit. 
• Ability to understand and apply plan concepts to include deductible, coinsurance, co-pay, out-of-pocket, state variations.

 Eligibility: Final year students from all courses except B. Sc

Shift Timings: Night shifts -
• 5:45 PM to 3:15 AM 
• 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM

Other Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product.
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive.
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts (5:45 PM to 3:15 AM & 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Analytical ability: Research skills combined with effective decision-making and superior interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.) Counselor:

•As a counselor, you play a key role in the life of a student. You are helping them make
a big decision on a career path and choice of university, so take pride and responsibility
in such a massive undertaking.
•Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and
program
•Assist students with university and course selection, guidance on scholarships, RA, TA,
etc., profile building, financing options,& determine the interest, aptitude, and
abilities and help guide them on the Visa processes for key countries
•Setting rigorous follow-up mechanisms with students and the Universities abroad
•Setting new benchmarks in student experiences and services
•Help the clients with SOP Analysis and Improvements, Assistance for LORs, Resume
editing, and Financial Documentation Support.
•Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their
applications.
•Assist the clients with Visa application & help them to prepare for the Visa interview
•Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is of the
highest quality and all timelines are met
•Be there for students on a daily basis to ensure their concerns are addressed and follow up with universities and internal teams to ensure their application process runs smoothly.
•Embrace technology to provide real-time, high-quality counseling services with the
the latest information at your fingertips.

2.) Business Development Associate:

•BDA would be involved in Direct sales.
•Will be responsible to build rapport with student and Parents and converting them
•Needs to have an understanding of Students' profiles.

Compensation:
1) Counselor: INR 3-5 LPA
2) Business Development Associate: INR 4-5 LPA
