Package: INR 4.08 LPA (INR 3 LPA Fixed + Incentives/Variable)

 Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing the right candidate profiles through various job portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
• Thoroughly assessing candidate’s basic skills and experience, area of interest, background check, geographic location in the US, and visa types.
• Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients
• Getting updated resume from the candidate and formatting it according to clients’ need
• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on a real-time basis till feedback is received from the client.

Eligibility: Final Year Students (Batch of 2021) from the following courses-
• B.Com (H)
• B.Com (P)
• B.Sc.(H) Computer Science
• Students from B.Sc. Courses with GE as Computer Science 

Additional Criteria: No Backlogs Allowed

Job Location: Noida

Skills Required:
• Fluent communication skills: English is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of the IT domain

Note:
• Bond Agreement- 18 Months.

Rules and Responsibilities: 
• Review potential fraud alerts which are out sorted by fraud filters to protect the customers from fraud while also protecting the bank’s assets.
• Document the research conducted to support the decision taken on alert.
• Complete a targeted number of decisions per hour, as well as be measured on decision accuracy.
• Achievement of productivity and fraud prevention goals, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements.

Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai
(Should be comfortable with night shifts) 

Skills Required: 
•Basic knowledge of bank’s products and services
•Basic knowledge of fraud detection
•Decent Communication skills both verbal or written
•Working knowledge of MS Office with good keyboard/typing skills, and ability to navigate multiple system applications.
•Computer literate with typing speed of 30-40 WPM with 98% Accuracy
•Strong analytical skills.
