Roles and Responsibilities:
• Primarily use the internet and learn in-house tools to collect information on medical
professionals and institutions such as their in-network insurances, plans they accept, different types of health insurance plans and networks,
• Receive adequate training on work tools and process workflow to have sound knowledge and understanding of both
• Meet or exceed metric goals for both productivity and accuracy
• Ensure high-quality data verification and unstructured research using available search tools and applications
• Daily reporting of work done in the available reporting tools
• Promptly communicate any glitches,impediments in the process workflow to team head and respond to emails in an appropriate and timely manner
• Be aware of the latest guidelines and policies impacting work
• Participate in and developing projects and processes focusing on data-integrity and
workflow solutions

Package: 3.36 LPA

Skills Required:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding client investment needs - financial goals, risk preferences and timehorizon. Most of the time, the role will require to help clients understand these aspects and facilitate the process of defining requirements.
•  Explanation of different product offerings like mutual funds, SIP, PMS, AIF, CorporateFixed Deposits, Peer to Peer Lending, Insurance, etc. as per the suitability.
• Generate and discuss investment portfolio options
• Facilitate transaction process
• Continuous engagement with customers and help them understand impact of differentmacro and micro factors on their investments.
• Portfolio tracking and Re-Balancing at Predefined intervals.
• The entire conversation with customers will be handled remotely through telephonic / online meetings and the role does not require physical interactions with customers.

Skills Required: 

• Ability to own the entire process from initial conversation with a prospective client to conversion.
• The person should have passion for interaction and continuous engagement with other persons
• Good understanding of the entire investment process.
• Good Command over written and spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other Indian language will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in use of modern digital tools like emails, MS Office, Google tools like Sheet, Doc, Meet etc.
• Willing to work in a performance oriented organization.
