Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through offline and online channels in respective territory or area assigned to the candidate.
2. Work on leads generated through various channels and help in counselling the candidate in taking edtech programs offered by the company.
3. 90% of time will be spent on calling leads and counseling and closing the sale;
Remaining 10% of time will be spent on reviews and updating CRM information.
4. Manage the sales funnel effectively to ensure that conversion rates are optimised and no lead is wasted.
5. Timely updation of CRM platform with all the lead details, stage changes, conversation details and other assigned tasks.
6. Be the eyes and ears of the company and contribute in giving feedback to the
management team about customer requirements, product improvements and other details.
7. Strictly adhere to the sales process to drive maximum efficiency from daily working hours.


Job Type: Work from Home


Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Working Hours: 10:30AM to 7:30PM
