Roles and Responsibilities:
• Require enthusiastic individuals for US Recruitment, who have the aptitude and drive to identify, screen, engage, scheduling interviews and place qualifying candidates for different positions.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Must be able to source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements. 
• Handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time. 

Package:CTC 5,28,000
Breakup:
Base Pay-INR 2,40,000
Monthly Incentive-INR 2,16,000
Annual Performance-INR 72,000

Shift: US Shift(Night Shift)

Location: Sector13 Dwarka, New Delhi

Skills Required:
• Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive. Must possess good attitude.
• Articulate, friendly, optimistic, and success-driven; Good demeanors is a must 
• Excellent communication skills which include listening, verbal, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets.
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a  fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Willing to call, screen, schedule interviews and follow- up with candidates till the time of joining
• Knowledge of ATS is a plus. Knowledge of Ceipal would be an advantage. 
• Knowledge of sourcing from portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus
