Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Digital Marketing
•Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
•Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
•Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
•Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
2) Business Development Executive
•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interests.
•Maintain and expand your database of build pipeline and close deals.
•Perform effective online demos to prospects.
•Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
3) Customer Support
•Chat agents communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, solve problems and troubleshooting of product.
•Solve any problems that may arise, chat agents perform a range of tasks.
•Required to communicate with International customers.
