Profile Offered: Business Development Executive ( Sales Operations)


Package: INR 3.5-4.5 LPA (CTC)


Roles and Responsibilities: 
1. Recruitment and Training of Campus Ambassadors from Universities across the country.
2. Partnering with Universities / Colleges and Schools to drive MyCaptain programs.
3. Effective follow up with inbound and outbound lead calls , making presentation of prospects and closing the sales .
4. Market Research. - Market research is an essential part of your recruiting and training CampusAmbassadors from Universities across the Country. 
5. Leading Expansions in New Markets. Expanding into newer Colleges / Universities / Schools to achieve deeper Market penetration in specific cities.
6. Continuous improvement on conversion rates by fine-tuning of sales pitches, cross-selling, upselling, and understanding prospect - product fit.


Eligibility: Final year students from all the courses.


Location: Bangalore (Work from home till situation gets better)


Selection Procedure:
1. All Applicants will receive two emails from the company through the placement cell.
2. Two rounds of personal interviews.


Note: Employee will be in a Probation period as Business Development Trainee for 3 months with a Stipend of INR 18,000 per month.
