Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Growth Partner-
• Consulting our clients by calling them for their marketing and branding requirements.
• Generating Sales through the calling and consulting activities.
• Come up with different initiatives & amp; ideas to generate more leads, and sales.
• Achieving daily, weekly, monthly targets on time.
• Updating daily activity and task on CRM & sharing it with the reporting manager.

2. Corporate Relations-
• Prepare a repository of domain experts and build a relationship with them.
• Arrange various industry-student interactions.
• Coordinating with companies/hiring partners and arranging interviews.

3. HR Eexecutive-
• Administering compensation and benefit plans.
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

4. PPC Specialist-
• Perform management of PPC accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps and other important account metrics.
• Manage and maintain updates for keyword lists.
• Provide creative copy suggestions
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.


Eligibility: Final Year Students from all courses


Package:
1. Client Growth Partner- Upto INR 4.80 LPA
2. Corporate Relations- Upto INR 4.40 LPA
3. HR Executive- Upto INR 3.60 LPA
4. PPC Specialist- Upto INR 4.60 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Calling Leads 
• Call on parent leads through CRM
• 60-75 leads are to be called daily

2. Generating trial classes
• Pitch the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class 

3. Take counselling sessions and convert them 
• Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes 
• Close the sale through smart and strategic approach 
• Generate Revenue 


Job Location: Gurgaon(If any student is not based in Delhi NCR and is not willing to re-locate,that student is allowed to work remotely. However, an amount of INR 5,000 would be deducted from the fixed part of the CTC)


Package: INR 6.5 LPA (3.89 LPA – fixed + 2.61 LPA – variable)


Working hours: 
1. Business Development Domestic Process: 9:30AM- 6:30PM 
2. Business Development International Process: 8PM- 5AM


Eligibility: 3rd year students from all courses with no backlog


Selection Process:
The virtual selection process is as follows:

2. Telephonic Interview
3. Video call round 1
4. Video call round 2


Note: There will be a one month probation period during which the candidate will get INR 20,000 per month(fixed)+ incentives
