Eligibility: Final Year Students from all courses

Students should also meet the following criteria-
1. Aggregate percentage - 65%
2. No backlogs

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance
2. Offer best practice tips to clients to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent’s marketing engine
3. Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
4. Create and maintain all product documentation
5. Implement and manage the online portion of client events as and when needed

Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Strong analytical and logical skills
3. High comfort level in using online software products
4. Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task

Package: INR 4.5 LPA CTC 

Location: Gurgaon

Service Agreement: 2.5 Years

Selection Procedure:
1. Day 1- 4 Tests (English Test, CCAT, Versant Test & Product Test)
2. Day 2- Two rounds of interview
