Roles and Responsibilities:
• Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
• Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
• Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
• Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations
• Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
• Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
• Identify, share and support operational improvements

Eligibility: Final Year students from the following courses:
1) B.Com (H) 
2) B.Com (P) 
3) BA Prog. 
4) B.Sc. (H) Computer Science 

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
• Proficient in computer usage and

Job Description: Work Integrared Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M. Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Stipend: 
1st Year: INR 15,488 per month
2nd Year: INR 17,553 per month
3rd Year: INR 19,618 per month
4th Year: INR 23,000 per month

Eligibility: Final Year Students from the following courses-
