1) Business Development Officer- 3LPA
2) Software Trainee- 2.4 LPA - 4.8 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Business Development Officer
• Coordinate closely with the immediate Manager.
• Thorough understanding of company's service portfolio and pitching the products and services.
• Should do effective market and competitor analysis and then prepare plans accordingly.
• Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contract with the client.
2) Software Trainee
• Design and build software for current business projects
• Build tools to support mission critical IT systems
• Work with other technology departments to improve operational performance
• Find and fix bugs in released software
• Own the technical details of specific software
• Work on innovative solutions for business problems
Eligibility:
• Business Development Officer: Final Year Students from the following courses (Batch of 2021)-
1) B. Com (H)
2) B. Com (P)
• Software Trainee: Only B.Sc(Hons.) Computer Science or pursuing B.Sc with G.E as Computer Science
Students should meet these requirements as well-
1) No active backlogs
2) Aggregate 50% till graduation
Date of Drive: Saturday, 5th December 2020
Test Time: 11 AM

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team.
• Keen to learn new technologies and implement those to solve business problems and improve application efficiency.
• Excellent Problem-Solving skills and solution-oriented attitude.
Bond Duration:
1. Business Development Officer: 12 Months
2. Software Trainee: 18 Months
Note: Employee will be in probation for the first 3 months(Business Development Officer) / 6 months(Software Trainee). Stipend of INR 15,000(Business Development Officer) and INR 8,000 (Software Trainee) per month will be paid during this period.
