Package: 3,33,333 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations.
2. Display teamwork and integrity. Work with team members to meet committed timelines and quality on engagements.
3. Plan & deliver on client engagements. Provide regular status updates on engagements and work products. 
4. Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives.
5. Participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues.

Skills Required:

1. Marketing Executive
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

2. HR Executive 
• Responsible for all the HR functions: Recruitment, Joining & Induction, Employee Relations & Engagement etc.

3. Junior Software Developer 
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.

1. Marketing Executive 
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic designing.
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google adverts, email marketing, Keyword Research.

2. HR Executive
• Ability to empathize with employees. 
• Ability to read between the lines and respond to employees unsaid requirements. 
• Strong Organizational skills & Work discipline.

3. Junior Software Developer 
• Proficiency in Java, kotlin, Objective C, Swift, Go, Python.
• Knowledge of HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery 
• Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, Apache and UI/UX design. 
• Knowledge of Node.js, React.js, Next.js, ReactNative, etc. 
• Good Knowledge of Android Studio, X-code, etc.

4. Junior Visual Designer
• Experience with UI/UX design 
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Figma. 
• Extremely well versed with Google’s Material Design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, Microsoft’s Fluent Design System, etc.

Note: Employee will be in probation for first 4 months. Stipend of INR 15,000- 20,000 per month will be paid during this period
