Teach For India (TFI) is a non-profit organisation that is a part of the Teach For All network. The fellowship recruits college graduates and working professionals to serve as full-time teachers in low-income schools for two years. Teach For India is striving to end the problem of educational inequity in India and provide an excellent education to all children. As one of India's largest pipeline of talent into the education sector, Teach for India creates a nationwide impact through it's Fellowship Program. Each year around 500 of India's brightest students and professionals are recruited to become Teach for India fellows.
About the Pre-Placement Talk:
The session will elaborate on the leadership journey in the social sector through the lens of educational inequality. The session will also explore what impact the fellows continue to create, after the Fellowship, in the Alumni Movement.
