1. International Sales Specialist-
• Identify and analyze potential international markets and customer segments.
• Generate International leads
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
2. Associate Customer Experience-
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, or chat to ensure quick resolution.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction post-resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
