Profile Offered: Graduate Analyst – Retirement

Package: CTC INR 8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Perform actuarial valuations of clients’ employee benefit provisions.
• Build actuarial and client-facing skills under experienced consultants.
• Work on retirement valuation processing, including pensions, gratuity leave, and long-term awards.
• Assist in data validation, governance advisory, advanced analytics, and client deliverables.
• Develop understanding of Indian and international accounting standards and retirement benefits landscape.

Job Type: Work from Office

Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore / Kolkata – Multiple locations (subject to business discretion)
