Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand job requirements from US-based clients and hiring managers
2.   Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
3. Maintain accurate records and update internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
4.  Conduct initial screening, assess qualifications, and ensure candidate suitability
