Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support Executive
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and relationships.

2. Inside Sales Executive
• Convert inbound and pre-qualified leads into successful sales.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, addressing queries and generating interest.
• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and strong product knowledge.

3. Retention Executive
• Make proactive retention calls to understand and address customer inactivity or dissatisfaction.
• Gather and document customer insights, concerns, and churn patterns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate recurring issues and improve overall experiece.

Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent convincing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi.
