Post Probation: CTC INR 5.5 LPA (INR 4.5 LPA Fixed + INR 1 LPA Variable)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by using effective sales techniques.
2. Inform customers about special offers and loyalty programs to enhance sales.
3. Share insights on lead quality, conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting.
4. Initiate contact with prospects via calls or emails to generate interest in the company’s services
