prospects passed by the Inside Sales team in real-time. 
2. Proposal Preparation & Dispatch: Coordinate with the D2C freight operations
team to prepare client-specific proposals within 24 hours.
3. Onboarding Ownership: Ensure all newly closed clients go live within the given
timelines of proposal acceptance, coordinating ops, KAM, and client setup
workflows.

• Identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations
