1. Sourcing candidates on relevant job openings for our clients from various job portals.
2. Conducting the first Screening Interview with the sourced candidates.
3. Profiling the candidate for further validation process via the Applicant Tracking System.
4. Keeping Track of Internal or Client Queries raised on their respective candidates and resolving them in a timely manner.

• Candidates will work in India for the first six months, with an opportunity to transition to Dubai based on performance.
