Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategies to boost revenue in target customer segments.
• Conduct market research to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
• Assist in sales strategies, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead nurturing and conversions.
• Track and analyze revenue metrics to inform decisions.
• Align growth initiatives with organizational objectives through team collaboration.

            - Team Bliss: ~40% calls, shifts (12 PM- 9 PM/ 2 PM- 11 PM).

            - Team Falcon: ~60% calls, 10 AM- 8 PM.
