Roles and Responsibilities:
• Due diligence of the acquisition/development deals on existing models including market research, which then would be analyzed and presented to clients.
• The role includes building models from scratch and improving on the existing models.
• Responsible for analyzing and creating reports on the real estate market and regional economy concerning employment statistics, major company activities. 
• Prepare and present reports to Management and Clients.

Skills Required:

• Ensure a high level of guest service is maintained at all times, addressing and resolving guest issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
