Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Associate:
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
• Engaged in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External in US).
• Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis.
• Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team.

2. Buisness Analyst:
• You are expected to be a self-starter in organizing meetings/calls with the respective cross - functional teams or stakeholders to ensure that the implementation project is not affected in terms of time and scope beyond thresholds.
• Ability to take the concept to reality, including some technical & functional challenges.
• Engaging in handling calls of enterprises & different business units. (Internal & External).
• Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore teams.

Job Type: Work from office

Timing: Night Shift (Exact timing will be informed during Pre Placement Talk).
