Roles And Responsibilities: 
1. IND Analyst I HCS Ops:
• Project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction.
• Understand and apply processes directly linked to their own work.
• Support any process and technology enhancements initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers at Aon Hewitt to understand methodologies and data findings.
• Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education and coaching.

2. IND Analyst I:
• Provides system support of Aon’s clients benefit management system
• Project/mange large scale global data gathering projects with the Aon Global network.
• Reviews benefit provision data/content in Aon’s online client’s benefits management system.
• Research data sources.
• Develop country region-specific profiles.

3. IND Benefits Processor:
• Learning about clients, systems and tools and being proficient in processing and checking.
• Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs. 
• Sharing best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
• Identifying issues with processes handled in teams and driving a process to find and implement solutions.
• Implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
• Participating in new client implementations & understand the reporting.
• Building strong relationships with client teams, peers & displaying team work.

4. IND Analyst I Health - Broking:
• Project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction.
• Review plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
• Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
• Identify, share and support operational improvements.
• Collaborates with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and follow the process.
• Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education
• Bridging the communication gap between onshore consultant and insurance Vendors.
• Managing client/shared mailboxes.

5. IND Analyst I Health Actuarial:
• Supporting our senior team members to provide expert, timely, efficient and professional delivery of services to our onshore consultants.
• Taking responsibility for the production (quality, timeliness and budget) of work  for allocated client deliverables. This includes undertaking and completing. • Building strong relationships and high level trust in them to deliver work on time.
• Demonstrate ability to convey logical thought processes and produce well-presented work which is easy for others to follow.
• Playing an active part in service delivery as part of the extended client teams and confident to do an independent research on a new topic.
• Taking responsibility to be abreast of process/legislative changes to ensure fit-for-purpose results are delivered.
• With supervision, completes periodic valuations for clients using standard IBNP models/AMS tool.
• With supervision, works on multiple valuations and processes simultaneously.
• Recognizes when tasks are taking too long, and asks for help.

6. IND Analyst I Retirement-Actuarial:
• Accurately processing transactions and queries by following standard procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.  
• Following client/member specific requirements to meet client needs. 
• Applying the processes and procedures of the team in daily work.  
• Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets). 
• Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation. 
• Active participation in trainings and also supporting team in smooth transition of work. 
• Contributing to the team, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs (a buddy to less experienced colleagues and supporting more senior colleagues). 
• Maintaining required levels of technical knowledge and behavioral standards, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements. 
• Building strong relationships within team and onshore stakeholders. 
• Communicating with relevant parties using the appropriate communication channel and language.  
• Performing additional tasks as requested by your manager.

Roles And Responsibilities: 

1) Internal Audit Manager
• Performing and controlling the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.

2) Actuarial Pricing Manager
• Responsible for all Group and Retail Health products Pricing, Regulatory Filing & Approvals. 
• To get involved in product ideation/design stage, carry out feasibility (risk & return) study on proposed new.
• Develop Actuarial Pricing Models to forecast expected future cost.
• Associated Claims analytics and mathematical/statistical studies to help estimate the Risk Premium Rates.
• Estimate the future expected expenses (Fixed & Overhead expenses) to be built in the risk premiums to arrive at Final Gross Premiums to be charged from customers.

3) Actuarial Reserving Manager
•Data processing and analysis to get the data in the desired form and shape. 
•Ensure accuracy of the data.
• Experience analysis and analytical studies related to portfolio of the company.
• Liaison with other departments to get the required information for the data/MIS/Reporting.
• Continuous monitoring of experience and presentation to Sr. Management for strategic decision making.
