Key Responsibilities :
1. Graphic Designer Interns 

• Work with Photoshop tools like Adobe Illustrator
•  Work on Translating client needs and branding strategies

2. Business Development Intern 

• Conduct market research to identify potential market trends
• Identifying and qualifying quality leads and customers
• Develop sales strategies, proposals. Cold calls to prospects
• Research and initiate contact with potential partners, schools and institutions
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to maintain and organize sales data

3. Social Media Intern 

• Manage their branded social media channels
• Create compelling Social Media Posts
• Analyse Social Media data and trends

4. Recruiter Intern 

• Assist in identifying potential candidates via online soucing.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone calls with the candidates.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with the candidates and ensure smooth interview process
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, update their on their application process 
• Keep our application tracking system up-to-date,
• Collaborate with HR team to create job posting and engage in recruitment marketing efforts.
