Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Business Analyst
• Providing all the necessary details about the business to the parties concerned.
• Finding the right investors, modifying & updating the pitch deck as per requirements over
time.
• Developing strategies to solve problems arising in the due course of the business.
• Monitoring the functions of other departments and ensuring that they coordinate with
each other well.

2. Research Analyst
• Conducting primary and secondary research and creating reports of our surveys.
• Deciding on entry strategies, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
• Brainstorming several aspects of the business concerning the R&D of our product,
Ozigen.
• Finalizing table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies and assuming
responsibility for the end report in terms of quality and deadlines.

3. Data Entry Operations:
• Assisting departments with any repetitive tasks they wish to delegate. 
• Documenting critical information from Discord to specific google doc on behalf of leaders and their teams. 
• Building Notion pages on behalf of leaders and their teams. 
• Handling Gmail on behalf of the Human Resource team. 

4. Technical Assistant:
• Managing their discord servers
• Maintaing notion pages
• Building google forms
• Email Management

5. Content Calendar Designer:
• Building content calendar as per the specification from the digital account management team.
• Supplying error free content to the content designer and digital account manager. 
• Ensuring the creative wheel is always moving. If you don’t build the content calendar, the content design team will not have anything to design and the digital account management team will not have anything to post. 
• Documenting important metrics and information in Software recommended by the company. 

6. Strategy Officer:
• Prepare a priority list of users based on their level of engagement on Ozibook and client’s LinkedIn accounts to assist BA, Sales and DAM department in providing services and developing business.
• Report generation based on scraped data with easy-to-interpret visualizations (charts, plots, dashboards, etc.).

7. Law/Legal Officer Intern:
• Ensuring our operations occur within the legal laws. 
• To assist leadership with solutions for ongoing legal disputes. 
• Assisting leadership and their teams with drafting legal documents.  
• Implementing plans of action to ensure protection of our trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

8. Intern Onboarding Officer:
• Setting up calls with new interns and educating them about the company fundamentals and upcoming tasks. 
• Giving feedback to the work of the intern and making sure the feedback is documented and worked upon by each intern.  
• Clarifying any doubts that new interns might have related to discord, notion, tasks etc. You are the one responsible for taking care of them until they complete the 2 week period.
• Motivating and guiding the interns successfully through the 2 week onboarding period.
