Profile Offered: Intern (Operations & Enrichment)


Stipend: INR 10,000 per month + Incentives


Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Evaluate vendor partners and categorize them by gathering factual information
• Analyze any documentation submitted by the vendor partners and validate the information 
• Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
• Will work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.
• Collect, curate and update information about wedding businesses through secondary research for weddingwire.com
• Update curated information on the admin panel and Salesforce
• Actively scout for information on the web to enrich the profile of the businesses


Eligibility: Students from all the courses


Duration: 4 to 6 Months


Timings: 5 Days' Work Week (Roaster Based)


Internship Type: Work from Home as of now (Location will be Delhi NCR and internship will be hybrid if the situation permits)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operations Executive Intern
• Helping Vaeral in building its supply
• Handling inventory and creating the inventory too.
• Finding out new places to get more supply from
• Preparing database for our supply, finding contacts through different social media channels, arranging meetings through Linkedin/any other platform

2. Account Management Intern
• Keeping in touch with our clients on a daily basis
• Handling work provided by the client, managing it with the team.
• Being a part of the community engagement activities

3. Content Writing Intern
• Create content for Social Media of Vaeral's clients and its own page.
• As and when the need arises, prepare content for all other services asked for. Eg being, Website copy, Email copy, Outreach Messages & all other possible dynamics.

4. Human Resource Intern
• Keep in touch with Vaeral's team on a daily basis
• Acquire talent from different platforms for Vaeral.
• Handle day-to-day activities that are handled by HR profiles.
• Recreational activity planning for the team.

5. Influencer Onboarding Intern
• Research on the influencers from different people/create a database of influencers
• Create an outreach program for signing these influencers with VAERAL
• Create groups on platforms that are most viable for different types of influencers
• Handle campaigns as and when the requirement arises.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Community Lead Project
• Working laterally across multiple domains such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and building a strong network within the organization.
• Managing your domain database and addressing student queries.
• Building and managing a network of 50 -100 dedicated community builders across India
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of metrics set for CB and designing the leaderboard to reward the best performing CB. 

2. Corporate Relations
• Building and improving relationships with B2B clients.
• Creating channels to onboard and engage corporate partners
• Design and implement a relationship management routine to connect, follow up and maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s value proposition.

• Community Lead Project: 4-5 Months (Extendable)
• Corporate Relations: 2 Months
