Roles and Responsibilities:
1. HR Intern
• Provide support on a wide range of HR processes including onboarding, data management, and off-boarding.
• Ensure the smooth entry and exit of employees as well as coordinate the onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance of employment documents, people system records, etc.
• Contribute to other HR operations projects by proactively identifying gaps and helping improve them.

2. Growth Intern
• Identify the right target audience by leveraging different methods to grow the prospects' email list
• Use different tools and techniques to create a qualified email database for lead generation.
• Set up email campaigns for lead generation
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters to generate qualified leads

3. Reels Intern
• Build strategies to grow Instagram and the overall community.
• Shoot and edit reels for the page.
• Conceptualise design strategy and have a basic understanding of designing creatives.
• Prepare a content calendar for the week in advance.

Eligibility: Second Year Students (Batch of 2023) and Third Year Students (Batch of 2022) from all the courses.

Duration: 2 to 3 months

• Generating leads for potential clients.
• Maintaining a database of different PGs and hostels.
• Pitching and onboarding PG and Hostel owners.
• Marketing the accommodation data provided by us.

3.  Product Manager (Merchandise)
• Overseeing vendor communication, sampling, and sample approval. 
• Analysing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/seasonal basis.
• Forecasting, price setting, and negotiating quantities with buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Coordinating with Marketing teams to recommend and unveil new products to the field.
• Directing and identifying retail and wholesale merchandise price points.
• Leading cost targets and pricing structures with recommendations to vendors/team

4. Product Manager (Upskilling and Mentorship)
• Maintaining a database of organizations and independent speakers for mentorship programs.
• Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch.
• Pitching and onboarding mentors of different backgrounds for collaboration.
• Creates and presents reports on findings, improvements, statuses, and risk management.
