Profile Offered: Associate member

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Select, train and supervise volunteers who would like to start a new ZFI chapter in their city (PAN INDIA).
● Help them set up a team and then lead, motivate, and grow that team.
● Manage their weekly programs and strategize process improvements remotely.
● Maintain constant communication with the city team to ensure proper implementation of the operations.
● Address all their doubts and take virtual calls with the volunteers. (once a week)
● Accountable for the city's success and ensure operational activities remain on time

Skills Required:
● Passion for social work
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Proactive on WhatsApp as operations are coordinated on WhatsApp
● Good knowledge of Excel for daily data reporting

Internship Type: Work From Home

Duration: 6 months
