1. Business Development(Onboarding)
• Vendor Sourcing & getting them on board for the wedding marketplace.
• Managing the vendor self-upload process.
• Devising new ways to improve the onboarding process.
• Managing their profiles and building healthy business relationships with business vendor partners.

2. Ad Sales
• Executing Market Research and finding new brands to acquire for the new e-commerce portal.
• On-boarding new vendors for the e-commerce portal.
• Managing and listing new products from vendor catalogues.
• Order processing and listing on E- Commerce portal.

3. Client Servicing
• Servicing clients in the best possible way and conducting a best-fit analysis of vendors.
• Formulating strategies to improve customer fulfilment.

4. Business Development AM
• Building relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere to ShaadiSaga’s policy.
• Ensuring timely execution of vendor’s grievances and creating a process for the same.
• Advising vendors to structure profiles as per their positioning and how to maximize their visibility on the portal.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Marketing Intern
• Supporting the overall digital marketing strategy including paid search, display, affiliate, email, Facebook advertisement, Google Analytics, push notifications across the region.
• Creating and managing Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, third-party ad networks, social media marketing, and all other digital media.
• Designing and setting up automated reports and measurement tools that allow result tracking at scale.
• Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
• Work on audience engagement & organic growth hacking.
• Doing keyword and article topic research to increase the ranking of the website and social pages.

2. Public Relations And Communications Intern.
• Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople.
• Liaising with and answering inquiries from individuals, media and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
• Assist in data management on excel.
• Help in research and ideation for social media content.
• Act as an ambassador for our partner colleges in local events.
• Get us followers for social media handles- at least 50 for Facebook and 20 for Instagram.
• Assisting in day-to-day activities.

3. Graphic Designing Intern 
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, & style and submitting them for approval.
• Responsible for creating and working on HTML Email Templates.
• Preparing finished art by operating the necessary equipment and software.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting Improvements whenever necessary.
• Utilizing software tools to track projects, budgets and other information Lto organize.
• Helping in building and promoting our social media handles.
• Working on designing or improving our website.

4. Education research specialist
• Conduct research on grading systems ofvarious universities.
• Conduct research on grading systems of countries.
• Evaluate academic transcripts of students (will be taught).
• Assess and analyse transcripts and applications.

5. Campus Ambassador
• Act as a student liaison, primarily aimed at increasing awareness or brand engagement of GlobalShala with its audience.
• Get participants for our events and competitions.
• Bring traffic to our social media accounts.
• Spread awareness about GlobalShala and the opportunities it provides.
