PROFILE OFFERED: Management Trainee- Sales & Marketing

ELIGIBILITY: 2nd(Batch 2022) and 3rd(Batch 2021) year students from all courses

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities
2. Responsible for school / Tution Center tie-ups
3. Responsible for Business Development
4. Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly or monthly sales targets for the respective centres
assigned to them
5. To speak with aspiring students/parents and give them the right career options for courses. 6. To convince students and their parents and be able to generate the interest towards education
opportunities offered by IIFM /PRATHAM. 7. Compiling and Analyzing Market information so as to develop future strategies for the Company. 8. Ethical Compliances of all company policies
9. Generating data points and sources relevant to the achieving the sales target
10. Calling on the prospective leads and data generated on a regular basis

SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Confident, Highly motivated and energetic
3. Conviction and salesmanship
4. Resourceful and problem solver
5. Honest in terms of efforts and intent
6. Should be a good team player
7. Ability to multitask

STIPEND: INR 12,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Product Development:

  •  Building a Blog Editor from scratch (No framework).
  •  Building a MarkTech Platform which has many use cases like below: 
  1.  Integrating Facebook/ Instagram / Youtube / Telegram API to a custom page and creating and publishing POST directly from that page to Social Media Platforms 
  2. Understand Compression Algorithms and build API for compressing images and converting them from one format to other.
  3. Building a Module to automate Domains/Hosting purchase/configuration end to end.

2) Business Development:

  • Understand, research our market segment, related bigger picture and customer segments, psyche
  • Research and find new leads & contacts. build/groom prospects database
  • Explain/Brief/Demonstrate a product, offerings to prospective clients/customers (businesses/companies/ SMEs), address questions, sales objections, influence, build trust, inform, convince as part of a trusted-based, helping, consultative sales approach
  • Understand the prospect (needs, state, preferences, mindset) and customize/individualize approach, pitch, solution, proposal
  • Email/Message sales, direct marketing communications
  • Work in the end-to-end Sales process/cycle, as needed

3) Marketing:

  • Learn "Power Searching" and explore Extracting Data for the Target Audience (SME's) 
  • Reaching Audience with Survey Questionnaire, Phone Talks, TAKING INTERVIEWs (phone and remote video)
  • Be fluent on the Product - big picture to tiny things - BUILD database of QUESTIONS(FAQ), Marketing Collateral, OBJECTIONS
  • Strategic and Long-Range thinking, planning abilities aligning short term and tactical execution in the short term. A Hands-on Leader.
  • One major focus area will be Regular Content Production and Amplifying them around the web. Creating followership, subscribers around content.
  • Implementing End to End Marketing Funnel on Social Media Platform.
  • Research/Explore/Implement Go-to market strategy.
