1. Conducting in-depth research on different brands.
2. Assisting the marketing team in developing content.
3. Creating compelling headlines, tagline, catchy phrases, etc.
4. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
6. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
7. Identifying client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Sales and Marketing
• Completion and validation of database of HR and Admin Directors.
• Profiling of every B2B client using Linkedin and Whatsapp platform.
• Recruitment and onboarding of interested partners.
• Training and troubleshooting for set of customers with respect to the platform.

2. Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute all digital marketing.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

3. Merchant Acquisition
• Influence customer for repeated sales and order or payment as an when they interact with customers.
• Build processes to gather Merchant feedback.
• Developing strategies to increase their Mobile Ordering Solutions.
• Appoint merchant and partners on digital platforms like flat and flatmates.

4. Talent Acquisition
• Engage with the top management to understand the profile.
• Prepare a Recruitment plan along with the leadership team.
• Post the Job Descriptions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, etc. 
• Conduct telephonic assessment of the shortlisted candidates.

5. Institutional Sales
• Design Student Strategy to acquire them using QR Code.
• Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of interested referrals and production partners.
• Facilitating customer acquisition through college, PG, hostel, etc.
• Responsible for demonstration and handholding of each customer.

6. Customer Retention
• Contribute significantly to retention marketing and product strategy.
• Develop thorough understanding of the mindset of a consumer.
• Develop marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on incentive budget. 
• Cut across retention strategy of all six channels of the company.
