Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Digital Marketing 
• Should have knowledge of content & product designing. 
• Must be well aware of product promotion on social site 
• Generating Leads and achieving business target 
• Prepare daily & weekly reports to track growth & success rates of the campaign. 
• Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences 
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies 
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success. 
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns. 
• Drive traffic to company pages. 
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects 
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

2) Human Resource:
• End-to-end recruitment
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes, application forms and acknowledge them.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• On-boarding
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Handle employees queries.

3) Sales and Marketing:
• Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
• Attending and participating in meetings.
• Updating documents and sales records.
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
• Observing and carrying out sales processes.
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Assisting managers with negotiations.
• Promoting our brand on social media.
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

4) Public Relations Intern:
• Fully support company’s PR strategy and execute it in different phases.
• Create and curate engaging content.
• Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients.
• Effectively utilise company’s social media and blogs.
• Create and distribute press releases.
• Assist in administrative duties.
• Build and update media lists and databases.
• Schedule, coordinate and attend various events.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Data Analyst:
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data according to specifications.

2) Graphics Intern:
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
• Create and design print and digital materials
• Retouch and manipulate images
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts
• Receive feedback from the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager and make necessary changes
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

3) Web Development:
•Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
•Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
•Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
•Resolve complex technical design issues
•Development of technical specifications and plans
•Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
•Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
•Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
•Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested
•Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry
•Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
•Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment
