JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) B2B:
Responsibilities and Duties
• Target the potential customers and plan the necessary pitch for the segmented audience.
• Acquire customer requirements and provide them with bespoke solutions.
• Pitch in new markets and explore new territories to acquire new sales and boost existing numbers.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Competencies and Skills required:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Marketing knowledge.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and Social Media.
• Bilingual skills.
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Pursuing a Sales/ Marketing- major/minor/specialization or equivalent or a recent graduates in similar field 
of study.
• Must be able to devote 8 weeks for the internship program dedicatedly. 
• Enjoy meeting new people and passion for helping fulfill their needs.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• High academic performance and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Related experience with cold calling is a plus.

2) Image editing:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise our products and services.
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic designing software.
• Manipulate photos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools.
Competencies and Skills required:
• proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Acrobat
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Intermediate knowledge of both English and Hindi language (spoken & written)
Requirements:
• Must have a laptop 
• Must be able to devote 8 weeks for internship program dedicatedly.
• Relevant skills and interests

3) Video Editing and marketing:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing creative and engaging video content for our website and digital platforms.
• Creating video content for branding purposes.
• Make highly engaging content that raises the creative bar, pushes the boundaries in terms of storytelling, 
and engages audiences.
• Creating illustrations and pixel-perfect designs for our social media platforms.
• Maintaining consistency on all platforms, prioritizing, and managing team requirements.
Competencies and Skills required:
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop 
Lightroom CC
• Creativity, branding, expansive thinking.
• Intermediate knowledge of both English and Hindi language (spoken & written)
Requirements:
• Must have a laptop

• Relevant skills and interests

4) SEO
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
Competencies and Skills required:
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO Practices.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and Social Media.
• Intermediate knowledge of both English and Hindi language.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and relevant tools used in SEO.
